Interconnected RISC-V MCU CH32V307

CH32V305/7 series is an interconnected microcontroller based on 32-bit RISC-V design. It is equipped with hardware stack area and fast interrupt entry, which greatly improves the interrupt response speed on the basis of standard RISC-V. Add single-precision floating-point instruction set, expand the stack area, and have higher computing performance. Expand the number of serial UARTs to 8 groups, and the number of motor timers to 4 groups. Provide USB2.0 high-speed interface (480Mbps) and built-in PHY transceiver, Ethernet MAC upgrade to Gigabit and integrate 10M-PHY module.
