USB drive, I can provide general instructions:
- Insert the USB Drive: Plug your USB drive into an available USB port on your computer.
- Copy Software or Files: Locate the software or files you want to copy to the USB drive on your computer. Right-click on the software/file, select “Copy” from the menu (or press Ctrl + C on your keyboard).
- Open USB Drive: Open “My Computer” (Windows) or “Finder” (Mac), and you should see your USB drive listed under the connected devices. Double-click to open the USB drive.
- Paste Software or Files: Right-click inside the USB drive window and select “Paste” (or press Ctrl + V on your keyboard). The software or files will be copied to the USB drive.
- Eject USB Drive: After copying, make sure to properly eject the USB drive from your computer. On Windows, right-click on the USB drive icon in the system tray and select “Eject.” On Mac, click and drag the USB drive icon to the Trash or use the eject button in Finder.
