CH341a v1.6/1.7 Tool with fixed output voltage

I bought a second inexpensive black one from eBay. I’ve modified one with the 3.3V mod and removed the 3.3V regulator from the other to use it with 5V components. I don’t anticipate needing to program 1.8V or 2.5V parts anytime soon.
